More Information about Hyleys Tea Products

Can I use the Detox, Garcinia Cambogia, and Slim Tea products together?

Yes, you may take all three teas in combination, as they each add a unique benefit to your weight-loss regiment.


Detox Tea:
Detoxes the body from bad toxins.
This tea can be had up to 10 cups in one day.


Garcinia Cambogia Tea:
It helps suppress the appetite and boost metabolism in addition to helping you lose weight.
You can enjoy up to 3-4 cups a day.


Slim Tea:
Goes after the bad carbs, cleans the intestine and prevents fats in foods from being converted to fat, thus keeping a person slim. This tea literally lets you have your cake and not gain weight!
It is recommended to have only one bag per day, preferably in the evening time, before bed.


Colon Cleanse
This tea can be used as a laxative, it is more powerful than the Hyleys Slim Tea. This tea goes after the bad carbs, cleans the intestine and prevents fats in foods from being converted to fat, thus keeping a person slim. This tea literally lets you have your cake and not gain weight!
One tea bag per day is recommended, preferably in the evening time.

Note: All teas can be had in a combination with each other, as they don’t interfere with their respective functions.

What’s the status of my order?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then scroll down to see your “Recent Orders”.


How do I track my order?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Track your order” under your profile picture to see where your package is and when it will be delivered to you.


My order never arrived.

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Be sure that all of the items in your order are marked as “Completed”. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.


An item is missing from my order.

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Be sure that all of the items in your order are marked as “Completed”. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

My Account

This is my first time using Hyleys’ new website and I cannot log in.

If you already had an account on our old website, your account is still active! To access your account, you’ll first have to reset your password for security purposes. Please click on the “Login/Register” link in the upper right corner of the website and then click on “reset your password.” Enter the address associated with your Hyleys Tea account and click the “Reset Password” button.


How do I create my new account?

Click on the “Login/Register” link in the upper right corner of the website. Under the “Register” column, you have two ways to create a new account: you can either use your email address or your Facebook profile. To use your email address, please enter the email address that you would like to associate with your Hyleys Tea account, enter a password that you will remember (don’t worry we can always reset it if you forget 😉 ) and click the “Register” button. To register with your Facebook account, please click on the “Login with Facebook” button, then enter the email address or phone number and password associated with your Facebook account and click the “Log in” button. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.


Can I register and log in with my Facebook account?

Yes, you can! To register with your Facebook account, please click on the “Login/Register” link in the upper right corner of the website and then click the “Login with Facebook” button. Please enter the email address or phone number and password associated with your Facebook account and click the “Log in” button.


I forgot my password.

No problem, we can help you reset it! Please click on the “Login/Register” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “reset your password.” Enter the address associated with your Hyleys Tea account and click the “Reset Password” button. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.


How do I edit the way my name appears on my account?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Profile” under your profile picture. Once in the profile section, click on “Edit” to change the way your name appears.


How do I change my profile picture?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Profile”, under your profile picture. Once in the profile section, click on “Change Avatar” then click on the “Choose File” button to upload a new profile picture of your beautiful self and click “Upload Image”.


How do I change the email address that is associated with my account?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Settings” under your profile picture. Once in the Settings section, you may enter a new email address and click the “Save Changes” button.


How do I change my password?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Settings” under your profile picture. Once in the Settings section, you may enter a new password and you’ll need to confirm it. Then click the “Save Changes” button.


How do I choose which email notifications I want to receive from my Hyleys Tea account?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Settings” under your profile picture. Once in the Settings section, please click on “Email”. Here you may choose which notifications you would like us to send you. Once you have chosen the settings you desire, please click the “Save Changes” button.


How do I choose which of my actions are posted in the Activity Stream?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Settings” under your profile picture. Once in the Settings section, please click on “Shop”. Here you may choose which of your actions you would like to be posted in the Activity Stream. Once you have chosen the settings you desire, please click the “Save Changes” button.


How do I check my notifications in my account?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Notifications” under your profile picture. Here you will see all notifications for your Hyleys Tea account.


Where can I find all my friends on Hyleys Tea?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Friends” under your profile picture. Here you will see all of your friends on your Hyleys Tea account.


How do I check my friend requests?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Friends”, under your profile picture. Once in the Friends section, please click on “Requests.” Here you will see all of your friend requests.


How do I see the Activity Stream?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then click on “Activity” under your profile picture. Here you will see your friends’ and your own recent activity on Hyleys Tea.


What is the Activity Stream?

The Activity Stream is a wall of posts, updates, and actions made by you and your friends on Hyleys Tea. Browse the Activity Stream to see what’s happening in your tea lovers’ community.


How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on your zip code prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart, enter your zip code and click the “Calculate Shipping” button. You will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. Remember that if you purchase two or more items, you will receive Free Shipping!


How do I return a product?

All sales are final. If there is an issue with the product, please contact customer support for more information on returning that item. Thank you.


I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.


When will my order ship?

Please see the individual item page for information on the availability of the item you want to order. Also, after placing an order, you may click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website and then click on “Track your order” under your profile picture to see where your package is and when it will be delivered to you.

AutoShip Products

What is AutoShip?

AutoShip is a subscription service that we provide to help you enjoy your favorite Hyleys tea without the need to reorder every time you run out. With AutoShip you can schedule when you would like Hyleys Tea to be delivered to the address of your choice. What’s even better than having your favorite tea magically appear on your doorstep each week, fortnight, or month? You save an additional 10% on every AutoShip order.


How do I sign up for AutoShip?

Signing up for AutoShip is easy! Simply hover over “Shop By Tea” in the navigation menu and click on “Subscribe and Save”! Select your favorite Hyleys teas, pick the quantity and tell us when you want it delivered. It’s that easy!


Why can’t I order different AutoShip items in a single order?

Our online shopping system currently allows for only one type of AutoShip product to be purchased per order. We are brewing up a solution to fix this.


How do I change the frequency of my AutoShip products?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then scroll down to “My Subscriptions”, find the AutoShip product for which you want to change the frequency and click the “I want to switch AutoShip frequency” button. You will be directed to the AutoShip product page. Here you may choose a new frequency option. Make sure the quantity is correct, and click “Sign Up”. Proceed to the cart and checkout 🙂


How do I change my AutoShip shipping address?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then scroll down to “My Subscriptions,” find the AutoShip product for which you want to change the shipping address and click the “Change Address” button. You will be direct to your shipping address page. Please follow the prompts on this screen to enter a new address and click the “Save Address” button when you are finished.


How do I change my AutoShip payment method?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then scroll down to “My Subscriptions”, find the AutoShip product for which you want to change the payment method and click the “Change Payment Method” button. You will be directed to a page that lists the details of the order you’ve selected. Please scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Proceed to PayPal” button. Sign into PayPal and follow the prompts to choose your preferred payment method and then click the “Agree” button.


How do I cancel my AutoShip?

Click on the “My Account” link in the upper right corner of the website. Then scroll down to “My Subscriptions”, find the AutoShip product you would like to cancel and click the “Cancel” button. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Please click “Ok”.

How do the Reward Points work?

You earn Reward Points every time you shop for Hyleys Tea online!

You get 1 Reward Point for every dollar that you spend.

1 Reward Point is redeemable for 5 cents off of your order!

So every time you spend $1 on our website we credit your account 5 cents 🙂

How do I become a wholesaler?

If you would like to sell Hyleys Tea in your retail store, cafe, salon or restaurant, we would love to speak with you! Please send an email to sales@hyleys.co.uk with some information about your business. Please also provide some form of proof of your business, such as a website or a tax ID number.

Price Change

On June 28th, 2017, we were forced to make the difficult decision to raise our prices.

At Hyleys our main goal is to not only meet but exceed your expectations from the moment you shop, to the time you taste our tea. We are determined to provide the best quality product and customer service available, so over the last few months, we invested in our online business to better support you as a customer and ease your shopping experience & support.

Unfortunately, in the last few years, we have seen significant increases in our operating costs, which led us to the difficult decision of raising prices. We are very fortunate to be able to have full control of our research & development team, manufacturing processes and the ingredients of your tea, to offer you the best product available and this is something that we did not want to sacrifice, we stand by our slogan “Luxury Tea at an Affordable Price!”. The new prices will allow Hyleys to continue to grow and provide you with the best tea and customer service.

International Orders:

We limit the dollar amount for all international orders due to international customs regulations. Each country has a specified order amount that they would allow (Diminimus Value)to be imported to which no formal customs procedures are required and no duties or taxes are collected.
